HOW TO MAINTAIN HEALTH WHILE
USING COMPUTERS
It is important to have a good health for any
successful projects in life either with IT Or with any thing. The computer and
other digital equipments are made by human and are not very good for health if
use long time.
We can not runway from them as they are integral parts of our lives. But we can
reduce maximum wear and tear of health by taking adequate measures.
Here they are. The tips for every body and much more on problems of health and
solutions we can design.
INSTRUCTION FOR YOU TO
FOLLOW.
1.
Keep computer on left hand side and keep the monitor at the chin level , keep
key board at the stomach level, use hand or arm place on a rigid platform while
typing.
2.
sit on a cushion chair, that must allow stretching back.
3.
stretch legs forward and retrieve back once in every 10 minutes.
4.
simply wash hands face eyes etc once in every hour.
5.
Walk 2 minutes here and there, once in every 1 hour.
6.
Drink plain water as much as you can once in every 2 hours.
7.
Give complete rest to eyes for 3 minutes once in every 2 hours
8.
Take some body-exercise and , some special exercise to fingers of hands.
9.
If can jog 30 minutes every day morning
10.
Avoid mental tension and thing free always to reduce tension and blood pressure.

Eat carrot and spinach to get better health to cope with stress.
12.Rest
one day full one in every week
